GREENSBORO, NC – The Virginia State women's outdoor track and field team traveled down to Greensboro, NC to compete against top-tier talent in the Aggie Invitational.

100 Meters
Glenda Jenkins earned herself a personal best after finishing in 12.23 which placed her 14^th of 64 runners. Amaya Jordan was next to finish for the Trojans as she placed 43^rd after finishing in 12.86. Shakell Williams posted a 13.25, which placed her 52^nd.
 
400 Meters
Jordan Burzynski placed 42^nd of 57 with a time of 1:02.16.

800 Meters
Placing 18^th of 51 was Alandina Hyppolite after finishing in 2:26.53. Next up, came Jada Harris who finished in 2:29.63, which placed her 28^th.  

1500
Shashauna Valentine placed 34^th of 49 with her 5:30.39. In 38^th, came Manuela Deigh who posted a 5:35.11 while her sister Manuelene Deigh posted a personal best of 5:36.43 in 39^th place. Ruby Williams then went on finish 41^st after posting a 5:39.26.

4x100
The 4x400 comprised of Shakell Williams, Glenda Jenkins, Amaya Jordan and Jordan Burzynski placed 10^th of 11 teams finishing in 49.82.

Long Jump
Ty'Nasia Walker covered 4.90 meters, which placed her 21^st of 51.
 
Shot Put
Savanna Drummer placed 19^th of 44 as her best throw covered 10.89 meters. Brooklyn Richardson's best throw covered 9.57 meters, which placed her 29^th.

Discus  
Savanna Drummer earned herself a personal best as her best throw covered 28.13 meters, which placed her 31^st of 47.
