Biography
2023: participated in 11 track & field meets … gold medal in the 3000-meters and a bronze in the distance medley relay at the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/13) … fourth place finish in the 3000-meters at the CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/6).
2022: won four cross country meets, earning the gold medals at the VSU Fall Cross Country Opener (9/9), VUU Fall Cross Country Opener (9/16), VSU Trojan Cross Country Invitational (9/23), and the VUU Panther Cross Country Invitational (10/14) … CIAA Cross Country Runner of the Year ... finished fourth at the CIAA Cross Country Championships (10/27) … won a gold medal in the distance medley relay at the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/14) ... participated in nine track & field events.
2021: participated in four track & field meets and four cross country meets.
High School: 2020 graduate of Charles Herbert Flowers ... four-time 4A county and regional champions in cross country ... three-time 4A indoor and outdoor track & field county champions ... member of the Honor Roll.
Personal: daughter of Madina and Winston Deigh ... aspires to become a clinical neuropsychologist ... member of SACC, the Dean's List and the Blue Academic Team at VSU.
