Mill Spring, N.C. (Feb. 16, 2026)- Janiya Harmon won the shot put at the CIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a mark of 13.72 meters. The Trojans as a team placed in fourth place with  

Also, in the field events Jaylin Roberts placed fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 12.01 meters. Kenedy Shields placed third in the long jump with a mark of 5.68 meters and second in the high jump with a best of 1.63 meters. A'Marah Parrish also placed sixth in the long jump at 5.49 meters. 

In the running events Jaelynn Wynder-Hill placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.92 seconds. In the pentathlon Samiya Dell finished in second place with 2952 points. She placed first in the high jump with a mark of 1.58 meters, second in shot put with a best throw of 10.63 meters and third in long jump with a 5.17-meter jump.
