BALTIMORE, MD- Virginia State's women's bowling team wrapped up the CSU Lady Eagles Invitational in 10
th place.

The Trojans went 0-9 finishing with 5,627 total pins after 50 games.

VSU's
Jessie Royall finished in 18
th after totaling 844 after five games averaging 168.80. Her best score of the weekend came in the third individual game where she scored 197. Â

On Saturday's traditional rounds, Virginia State scored 567, 571, 624, 546, and 561.

On Sunday's Baker rounds, Virginia State first bowled against Coppin State losing 875-580. Then, fell to Kutztown 860-556. Game three saw VSU face Wagner as they lost by a score of 774-519. Game four, the Trojans were defeated by Norfolk State 745-547. Then Chestnut Hill won the last round 685-556.

Victoria Buskey finished in 41
st with a score of 507 and
Chernell White came in 42
nd with a score of 503. Kaaliyah Williams finished in the top 50 scoring 405, while
Jeane' Robinson bowled a 324 and
Valerie Samuel bowled a 286 over a five-game total.

The Trojans will be back in action in the new year at the CIAA Event II in Salisbury, NC on January 27-29.
