Jenessa Shinauld (So./Sacramento, CA) and Whitley Bradley (Rs.-So/Cibilo, TX) both recorded double-digit digs in a 3-1 (11-25, 18-25, 25-19, 14-25) loss to Randolph Macon College on Tuesday, October 2^nd in Ashland, VA.

VSU collected 50 total digs led by Shinauld's 12 and Bradley's 11 digs each. Setter Jasmine Henderson (Jr./St. Louis, MO) added 8 defensive digs and had 19 assists. Henderson's assist led to 36 team kills by the Lady Trojans. Aubree Parker (Jr./Fort Pierce, FL) led VSU with 11 kills, while Bradley pitched in with 8 kills of her own.

The Lady Trojans won the third set of their match against Randolph Macon. Both teams committed four errors in that set, but VSU had 15 kills compared to 13 kills by Randolph Macon.
