LYNCHBURG, VA – Head Coach Frank Hyland's squad concluded their final regular season meet in the Liberty Open.
 
60 Meters
Jaelan Black placed fourth in his heat and 12^th of 22 overall in the preliminaries behind his 7.11 finish.
 
200 Meters
Jaelan Black won his heat and placed sixth of a whopping 79 runners as a 22.28 gave him a new personal best.

400 Meters
Tariq Garrison won his heat and placed 23^rd overall of 61 after posting a personal best 52.55. Savion Spencer was able to place 48^th overall and second in his heat behind his personal best time of 56.31.
 
800 Meters
Gabriel Miles continues to show improvement placing first in his heat and 30^th of 56 after a personal best 2:05.89 finish.

MIle
Jalen Brownlee made an appearce in the meet after placing 32^nd of 83 runners posting a time of 4:40.83.
 
60 (Hurdles)
Kavante Dawson placed fifth of 22 overall and second in his heat behind his time of 8.55 in the preliminaries. Benedict Uzochkwu placed 17^th behind his time of 9.21 in his first career 60 Hurdles race. Savion Spencer finished in 9.99 which placed him 22^nd. Dawson made the finals in the 60m Hurdles and placed 3rd overall with a personal best time and currently ranked number one in the CIAA with an 8.28.

High Jump
Shaukeeme Mitchell – Watson tied for fourth after his best jump was 1.85 meters while Joseph Briscoe also tied for fourth with the same exact jump. In his first collegiate meet, Ahmadali Oatis after his best jump was 1.75 meters which placed him 15^th. Benedict Uzochukwu also placed 15^th with an identical 1.75 meter jump.
 
Long Jump
Ahmadali Oatis placed 19^th of 37 as his best jump covered 5.99 meters.
 
Triple Jump
Benedict Uzochukwu was able to place ninth of 20 after his best jump covered 13.11 meters.
 
Shot Put
Atrell Williams dominated the shot put as his best throw covered 15.20 meters which placed him third of 16 throwers. His counterpart Isaiah Ramadane placed fifth after his best throw covered 14.00.
