VSU Women’s Indoor Track and Field Progress Through the Season at VMI Invitational on Jan. 13-14

LEXINGTON, VA- The VSU Women's Indoor Track and Field team are progressing through the 2022-23 season under the helm of VSU's 1st year Head Cross Country/ Track and Field Coach, Frank Hyland. After competing their first meet of the season last week, the Trojans will gear up for the VMI Indoor Invitational on January 13-14, 2023.

Series History
The women's indoor track and field team's last venture to VMI was in January 2020 for the Keydet Invite. There were a few Trojans (Jordan Burzynski and Alandina Hyppolite) who performance in the top 20 finish in their respective events.

Coach Hyland and the Trojans have been training in preparation for the VMI Invitational, the CIAA Championship in February and the NCAA Championship in March.
