RALEIGH, NC --The Virginia State volleyball team cruised to a 3-0 sweep (25-19, 25-14, 26-24) over the Shaw Bears Wednesday on the road at C C Spalding Gymnasium.
The victory boosted the Trojans' record to 3-5 overall and 1-0 in CIAA action.
Gracie Darville finished with 12 kills on the day to lead the Trojans attack while finishing with a hitting percentage of .276. got 10 digs from Kellee Craig to lead them defensively.
