Snowshoe, W. Va. (Sept. 17, 2024)- In the first fall tournament of the season the Virginia State University Golf team finished in eighth place with a team score of +71 in the three rounds at the Raven Golf Course at Snowshoe. 

David Chavez (71, 77, 72) finished in a three-person tie for fourth place at +4. Felipe Montero (83,76,77) placed 14th at +20 followed by Juan Ruiz-Patino (77, 86, 77) at 44th place at +24. Aidan Robertson (84, 81, 80) finished with a score of +29 and Tylen Wallace (78, 91, 80 had a score of +33. 

The team will next be in action September 23 and 24 for the HBCU Invitational.
