RICHMOND, VA– After ending day one in fourth place, the VSU Men's Golf team rallies to place third of seven CIAA foes in the River City Collegiate Classic.
The Trojans finished shooting +94 with a two-round total of 670 strokes as their best round of the Classic was round one when they ended with 333 strokes.

Juan Ruiz-Patino finished fifth for the Trojans shooting +16 with a two-round stroke of 160. The first round was his best as he ended with just 76 strokes.
Michael Ebosh moved up four spots from day one to tie for ninth place shooting a career-high +21 with a two-round total of 165.
Esteban Arango shot +29 and finished with a two-round total of 173 which tied him for 19
th.
Tylen Wallace shared 19
th place with his teammate Arango shooting +30 with a two-round total of 174.
Aidan Robertson placed 25
th as he shot +40 while finishing with a two-round total of 184.
The River City Collegiate Classic was the final match of the year of 2022 for the VSU Men's Golf team. The next time the Trojans will head back to the courses will be the CIAA Collegiate Preview Tournament from Sunday, March 5 to Tuesday, March 7 in Southern Pines, NC at the Mid Pines Golf Club.
