Box Score Raleigh, NC- The VSU Trojans fell short in day 1 of the Shaw University Challenge against Queens College. After 7 innings, the final score was 3-0.

Despite not getting on the board, senior Lindsey Wilkins (Nelson, VA) and sophomore Tatyana Jordan (Chesterfield, VA) secured 2 hits each.

The Trojans allowed Queens College to snag 3 runs in the final 2 innings.

VSU will take to the field on Saturday, March 5 to face Millersville and Concord in Raleigh, NC.
