Biography

Volleyball standout Aubree Parker was named Virginia State’s Female Student Athlete of the Week. The senior from Fort Pierce, Fla. had six kills and 14 digs in a three-set sweep of CIAA foe Elizabeth City State on Oct. 29. She followed up her performance with 11 kills and 11 digs against Randolph-Macon on Oct. 31. The Trojans are 14-8 on the season with a 13-2 record in CIAA play. Virginia State has won 11 of its last 14 matches.
