Salem, Va. (Oct. 23, 2025)- The Virginia State University Men's Cross-Country team placed third in the CIAA Championships with a score of 85 total points. 

Emmanuel Kipchirchir placed sixth with a time of 26:45.1 and Emmanuel Williams placed eighth with a time of 26:58.5, two rounds out the Trojans top 10 finishers. Tyler Roberts and Alijzah Koonce finished back-to-back in 19th and 20th place. Jayden Quill rounded out the scorers for VSU, placing 32nd with a time of 30:52.3.
