VSU Women's Cross Country Season Opener

Newport News, VA- Men's Cross Country opened up their season with an invite from Christopher Newport University on Friday, September 13, 2024.


ROSE MUTURI runs a personal best time of 23:34.31 in her first collegiate 6km. She finished 20th overall and dominated the field of some Division 1 teams like Hampton and VCU.
ANANDA HAMLIN ran a personal best in her first collegiate race with a 28.41.46. She finished 71st overall.
Torie SATTERWHITE ran a personal best in her first 6k collegiate race with a 40:29.80 . She finished 80th overall.
Omeika Hogg ran a personal best in her first 6k with a 40.30.26. She finished 81st overall.
Samiya Dell ran a personal best in her first 6k with a 41:31.24. She finished 84th overall.
Skye Mitchell ran a personal best in her first 6k with a 42:53.07. She finished 85th overall.
Ameya McElhaney ran a personal best in her first 6k with a 42:53.13. She finished 86th overall.
