The Short Story: The Trojans were unable to find a hit or the base paths as they allowed Charleston's Brianna McCown to toss a perfect game.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
	- The top of the second inning saw the Golden Eagles take a two-run lead.
 
	- The visitors added five runs in the top of the third inning to make the score 7-0.
 
	- score 2-1 in the top of the fifth inning.
 
	- UC added insurance runs in the top of the fourth inning as two same across to score to make the score 9-0

The Short Story: The Trojans fought to the very end in the second installation of the VSU-UC doubleheader but the squad was unable to push past a run in the contest.  
FIRST GLANCE
	- Nia Hallearned her first multi-hit game of the season going 2-3 including a double
 
	- Sophomore Alani Horton went 1-3
 
	- Freshman Skye Corum was locked in inside the circle with four strikeouts with no walks.
 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
	- UC started the game with a solo homerun into right center field in the first top of the first at-bat in the top of the first inning to make the score 1-0.
 
	- In the top of the fourth inning, UC had two more runs come across on a single in right center field to make the score 3-0.
 
	- UC added an insurance run on a single in to center field to make the score 4-0
