Sommer Blakemore control the game in scoring with 27 points.
First Half
Taking the home court advantage, FSU moved ahead to control the 1
st quarter. The Trojans got into a rhythm in the second quarter securing their first lead of the game (16-15) with 2:46 left in the half. The Lady Broncos were not too far behind regaining control, but
Kalyn Ervin's jumper ensured the Trojans would entered the locker room at halftime tied 18-all.
Second Half
The Trojans were not able to battle back in the 3
rd and 4
th quarter of the contest as the Lady Broncos went on a run to outscore the Trojans 44-31 in the second half. VSU fell short of the win against FSU with a final score of 62-49.

Kalyn Ervin with 8 rebounds to accompany her 14 points.

The Trojans will wrap up their 4-game road trip with a CIAA matchup against the Panthers of Claflin University. On December 19, the women will travel to Orangeburg, SC for a 5:30pm tip-off.
