Scouting the Knights
Southern Virginia University joined the USA South in 2019. While the Knights have added to their win column, the squad has fallen to Christopher Newport and Rochester (N.Y.) by more than 17 points in each contest. SVU will look to be more efficient as they shoot just 35% from the field and 20% from beyond the arc. The Knights also struggle from the charity strip knocking down just 55% of their free thrown's. Southern Virginia have a star in Savanna Christensen as she leads her team in points (18.5), rebounds (9) and field goal percentage (53.6).
