IN BRIEF: The Trojans yielded a split (5-2, 7-5) decision to the Apprentice School. The Trojans jumped out to an early lead in game one adding five runs in the fifth and sixth innings to secure the victory. The Apprentice school added two runs in the bottom of the seventh.

In game two The Builders enter the competition with a mission securing an early 5-1 lead in the third inning. VSU answered with adding two runs in the fifth and seventh innings to end the game with a score of five. The Builders added two more runs in the remaining innings to secure the 7-5 victory.
