Box Score ETTRICK, Va.- The Virginia State University Trojan Volleyball team sweep the Bowie State University Lady Bulldogs, 3-0, in their first CIAA North Division matchup. The Trojans currently have a 5-6 overall record 3-1 in the CIAA.

VSU took down the Lady Bulldogs in 3 quick sets (25-11, 25-13, 25-15).

Rookie Tiara Ramey (Grovetown, GA) led the Trojans and the game with 11 kills followed by junior Alexsys Pullen (Troy, MI) with 6 kills. Sophomore Miranda Bass (Newberry, FL) accounted for 24 assists while junior Adriana Hazou led the game with 16 digs.

Yaje Ngundam collected, 4 kills for the Lady Bulldogs whole her teammate,Cheyenne Salter led BSU with five assists.

The Trojans will be back Friday, Sept. 25 to take on Southern Virginia at 6pm in Daniel Gymnasium.
