ETTRICK, Va.- The Virginia State University volleyball team will face the Lady Vikings of Elizabeth City State University on Saturday, November 14 at 2pm for Senior Day and the final regular season matchup.

The Trojans will recognize thier 3 seniors; Brookie Dargan (Newport News, VA), Grand Roberson (Alexandria, VA) and Brianna Williams (Newport News, VA), prior to game time.

VSU currently holds a 17-8 overall record, 12-3 in the conference, 8-1 in the northern division after taking down Chowan University on November 9 in a 5 set battle.

The Virginia State Department of Athletics annual 1,000 cans, 1 goal campaign initiative is underway. Canned food items collected will be donated to the local food banks. The Department encourages all fans, alumni, faculty and friends to bring a canned food item to all of the home volleyball and basketball games this season.
