ETTRICK, Va.- After stormy weather that postponed several conference matches, the VSU Trojan Volleyball will be back in action on October 8 to take on the Chowan University Lady Hawks in Murfreesboro, NC at 6pm.
The Trojans currently have a 8-6 overall record, 4-1 in the CIAA conference.
Holding a 5 game winning streak, the team will face the Lady Hawks who have a 9-3 overall record and are undefeated in the conference with a 6-0 record.
Both teams go into the match up with a CIAA Week 4 Player of the week. VSU rookie
Tiara Ramey led the Trojans last week with 30 kills and 15 digs over 2 victories while junior Suraya Chase of the Hawks secured 26 kills and 19 digs in her teams 3 matches.
