ETTRICK, Va.- The Virginia State University Volleyball team is gearing up to host the 2015 CIAA Volleyball Roundup on October 31- November 1 in Daniel Gymnasium.

Other CIAA institutions that will be participating in the event are; Chowan University, Elizabeth City State University, Winston-Salem State University, Johnson C Smith University and Livingstone College.

The northern division will play a series of matches against the southern division schools.

The Virginia State Department of Athletics annual 1,000 cans, 1 goal campaign initiative is underway. The canned food items collected will be donated to the local food banks. The Department encourages all fans, alumni, faculty and friends to bring a canned food item to all of the home volleyball and football games this season.
