Percy Evans hit a two-run double to left field in the first inning to spark a Virginia State eight-run first inning against Lincoln. The Trojans won 15-6 to extend their current win streak to three games.

Lincoln scored three runs in the first inning but then the Trojans responded for eight runs later that inning. Eight runs, on eight hits, and two fielding errors brought the Trojans back early in the game. Nicholas Christopher score twice while Joshua Markins, Tyler Coleman, Percy Evans, John McCarty, William Tapp, and Rodell Stewart all scored runs in the first inning.

The Trojans added one run in the second inning and three in both the third and fourth innings for a 15-3 lead. Lincoln went on to score three runs in the eighth inning but the lead was too much as Virginia State cruised to a 15-6 win.

Percy Evans led the Trojans with four RBIs while John McCarty added three. Tyler Coleman, William Tapp, and Rodell Stewart all had three hits. Nicholas Christopher scored four runs and Joshua Markins had three.

Rico Solomon (2-1) pitched six innings and struck out four batters. Maso Cotton threw for two innings and William Tapp closed the game with two strikeouts in the ninth inning.
