Vincent Greene, Jr. was promoted to Senior Associate AD for Business Operations at Virginia State in June 2025. Greene previously served as the Assistant AD for Business Operations since June 2022 after joining the Trojan family in 2020 as the Athletic Business Manager.
Vincent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business office, including the financial management of athletic budgets and scholarships, administration of travel and procurement for the entire athletic department.
Prior to VSU, Greene worked at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) from 2012 – 2019 as the Athletics Facilities Business Manager after being promoted from Senior Facilities Assistant. At VCU, Greene managed all facility and event management business operations, assisted in overseeing daily operations and maintenance for all athletic facilities, and served as game operations manager for field hockey and women’s lacrosse. In addition, he managed logistical operations for youth camps. He began working in athletics in 2012 as Facilities and Events Intern/Assistant assisting with facility, event & game management/operations.
A Richmond, Va native, Greene is a two-time VCU graduate obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management and masters degree in Sport Leadership.
