2023-24 (Junior) :

• Ran a new personal best of 1:42.53 in the 600 meters at the 2024 VMI Team Challenge
• Ran a new personal best of 2:22.84 in the 800 meter prelims at the CIAA Indoor Championships

2023: participated in 11 track & field meets ... bronze medal in the distance medley relay and a fifth place in the mile run at the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/13) … set career-highs in the 500, 800, 1500, 3000-meters, and the mile run this season. 

2022: two silver medals at the VUU Fall Cross Country Opener (9/16) and the VSU Trojan Cross Country Invitational (9/23) and a bronze at the VUU Panther Cross Country Invitational (10/22) … sixth place finish and career-high performance at the CIAA Cross Country Championships (10/27). 

2021: CIAA Cross Country Rookie of the Year ... gold medal at the VSU Fall Cross Country Opener and silver medal at the VSU Trojan Cross Country Invitational … finished 17th at the CIAA Cross Country Championships (10/28). 

High School: 2020 graduate of Charles Herbert Flowers ... four-time 4A countyand regional champions in cross country ... three-time 4A indoor track & field county champions

Personal: daughter of Madina and Winston Deigh ... aspires to become a pediatrician ... member of the Maps Club, Biology Club, Honors Program, and Orange Academic Team at VSU.
