• Ran in two meets

2023-24 (So) :

• Ran or jump a new personal best in five events
• At the VMI Invitational she ran a new personal best in the 60 meter at 8.13
• In the long jump she jumped 5.30 meters at the Marlin Invitational
• At the Liberty Open she ran a new personal best in the 400 at 58.09 and in the triple jump a new personal best of 10.72 meters
• At the CIAA Championship in the 200 prelims she ran a new career best 26.87

2023: participated in six track & field meets … earned a gold medal in the 400-meters and bronze medals in the 4x400-meter relay and the long jump at the Marlin Invitational (1/20). 

High School: 2022 graduate of Princess Anne ... 2019 Atlantic Coast International Most Outstanding Female.
 
Personal: daughter of Shena Gray ... mother is biggest inspiration.
