2024-25 (Sr):

• Ran a new personal best in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:42.76 at the VCU RAMS Indoor Invitational
• Placed second in the DMR at the CIAA Indoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 10:31.07

2023: two top-two finishes at the CIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/6), earning a gold medal in the 1500-meters (new career-high) and a silver medal in the 5000-meters … three top-six finishes at the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/13), including a bronze medal in the mile run and fifth in the distance medley relay 

2022: All-CIAA Honoree in cross country after finishing 10th at the CIAA Cross Country Championship (10/27) … two top-three finishes in cross country meets … four gold medals at the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/14), winning in the distance medley relay, the mile, the 5000-meter, and the 800-meter  

2021: three top-four finishes in cross country meets, including a bronze medal at the CIAA Cross Country Championship (10/28) … earned three silver medals at the KMS Opener (12/5), placing second in the 800-meter, the 4x400-meter relay, and the mile run. 

High School: 2021 graduate of James S. Rickards

Personal: son of Aisha Johnson ... mother is her biggest inspiration ... majoring in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation with a minor in health science ... aspires to be an athletic trainer.
