2024-25 (Sr):

• Ran in six meets during the indoor season
• Ran a new personal best in the Mile with a time of 4:44.41

2023: participated in 11 track & field meets … two top-five finishes in the distance medley relay and 5000-meters at the CIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/14) … set new career-highs in the 1000-meter, 1500-meter, 3000-meter, 5000-meter, and mile this season. 

2022: participated in eight track & field meets ... three top-five finishes in cross country, including a silver medal at the VSU Fall XC Opener … set new 8k career-high at the VUU Panther XC Invitational ... named VSU's Cross Country's Most Improved Runner.

2021 (Cross Country): participated in five cross country meets with a best finish of sixth place at the Virginia State Fall XC Opener. 

High School: 2021 graduate of James S. Rickards ... graduated with honors.

Personal: son of Tekela Ash and Gabriel Miles Sr. ... majoring in Health and Physical Education with a double minor in health science and sports management ... aspires for a career as a Head Track & Field Coach on a collegiate or professional level ... most inspired by Kobe Bryant ... member of the Sports Management Club ... member of the Blue Academic Team.
