Jocindra Glee arrived at Virginia State University in 2023 as the Assistant Track & Field Coach from Benedict College alongside Head VSU Track & Field Coach Frank Hyland.

In her first season assisting Virginia State, she helped the Trojans Men's Outdoor Track & Field program to another CIAA Championship and helped the Trojans Women's Outdoor and Indoor Track & Field programs claim second-place, silver medals in the CIAA Championships.

In her Trojans tenure, Coach Glee helped Jahaz Morgan qualify for the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Championship in the triple jump. Emoni Coleman was the CIAA Women's Track MVP at the CIAA Indoor Championships and Atrell Williams was the CIAA Men's Field Co-MVP at the CIAA Outdoor Championships.

Assisting Benedict in 2022 as a sprints and relay coach, Coach Glee helped the Tigers men's and women's track & field programs earn SIAC titles and she coached conference champions in the Women's 100, Women's 400, Women's 4x400, and Men's 4x400.

Coach Glee's collegiate coaching career started at the University of Central Florida, where she served as a volunteer assistant coach in 2020 and coached a bronze medalist in the Women's 400m at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championship. In 2021, Coach Glee was the sprints and hurdles coach at Spring Arbor University, where she helped develop two NAIA National Qualifiers.

While attending Chicago State, Glee was an accomplished student-athlete for the Cougars, where she still holds the school records in the 400, the 400 meter hurdles, and as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team. She was a three-time conference champion (twice in the indoor 400 and once in the outdoor 400) and two-time CSU Athlete of the Year in 2017 and 2018, as well as the CSU track & field MVP in 2018.

Glee also attended Meridian Community College, where she was a three-time NJCAA National Qualifier, before attending Chicago State.

Coach Glee is from Orlando, FL and she is USATF Level 2-certified in the areas of sprints, hurdles, and relays. Coach Glee earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Chicago State in 2019.
