Coach Rahmann Lee took over as Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks Coach of the Trojans in Spring of 2025.
The last three seasons Lee was the Offensive Coordinator at West Virginia State University. As the OC at WVSU he lead an offense that averaged over 30 points per game every year. This past season he lead the offense to 33.2 PPG which was 23rd in the nation and 195.8 rushing yards per game which was 19th in the Nation. In his three years at WVSU Coach lee coached 13 All Confernece players, including the schools all time leading rusher Joel Felder.
Lee spent the previous two seasons as offensive coordinator at ASA Miami (JUCO). Down in Miami Coach Lee put up big numbers on and off the field, helping over 17 kids reach 4 years schools.
Prior to taking on the coordinator position at ASA Miami, Coach Lee spent 2 seasons as the running backs coach and video coordinator for FCS Division I football program, University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He made an impact in his time at UAPB, as the running backs coach
Taeyler Porter who led the SWAC In rushing over this stint finished with 2,247 yards rushing with 23 TD’s. Coaching him to the 2018 rushing title in the SWAC conference and BOXTTHROW All-American honors.
Lee was a graduate assistant at North Carolina Central University working with Wide receivers before moving to Defensive Backs.
Coach Lee attended and graduated in 2015 from Glenville State College located in WV, with his Bachelors of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Accounting. Lee was a four-year starter at Glenville as the feature running back. During all four years, he was selected as First-Team All-Conference (WVIAC 1 year MEC 3 years) , and three of those years he was selected as an All –American. He is Glenville State all-time leader in rushing yards with 4,907. Coach Lee is also currently second in the history of Division II in most rushing yards in a game with 412 yards. A native of Maryland; Lee resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Autum and son Riley Lee.
