Emergency Action Plans

Emergency situations may arise at any given moment during an athletic event. When they do occur, it is necessary that an emergency care plan be established to clearly delineate the policies and procedures in order to deliver effective and efficient care. Expedient action must be taken in order to provide the best possible care to the athletes with emergency and/or life threatening conditions. The development and implementation of an emergency action plan will help to ensure that the quality of care provided to our athletes is at its highest.
