VSU SAAC Cabinet

Members of SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) represent their teams in a monthly forum to discuss ideas and issues pertinent to the success of the VSU Athletics program. This forum provides the representatives the opportunity to offer input regarding Life Skills programs, athletic department policies, conference regulations, and NCAA legislations that impact student-athletes.

The membership of SAAC represents the diversity of the student-athlete population (i.e. Undergraduate class, gender, ethnic). SAAC is composed of one appointed representative from each athletic team and functions to build a better sense of community among all the athletic teams. SAAC helps to promote communication between administration, coaches, and student-athletes.
