Ettrick, Va. (Apr. 7, 2025)- The Virginia State University Men's Tennis (0-4) team welcomed Coppin State University (1-13) to the VSU Tennis Complex and dropped a match 4-0. 

In doubles Coppin State won the second doubles, 6-1 to clinch the win in doubles while the first doubles match did not finish. Krishi Motam and Jalen Felix competed well against the Division 1 opponent. 

In the singles both the third and fourth singles for the Eagles won and since the sixth singles was automatically CSU point, they won the match 4-0. 

The Trojans will be back in action on Wednesday April 9 as they travel to another Division 1 opponent Hampton University (4-12).
