Ettrick, VA – On March 25, 2025, the Virginia State University Men's Tennis Team hosted the University of Mount Olive Trojans, hoping to extend their winning streak. However, despite strong efforts, the VSU squad faced a tough loss, with the Mount Olive players dominating both the doubles and singles divisions.

Doubles 

• #1 Doubles: Hiroma Nishikata and Kristoffer Dalbak dominated with a 6-0 victory over Krishi Motam and Bryan Jordan.
• #2 Doubles: Jacob Womble and Snyder Pearson won 6-0 against  Brandon Farmer and Jalen Felix.
• #3 Doubles: Viggo Lindstrup and Luke Oosthuizen were declared winners by default due to their opponents' unavailability.

Singles 

• #1 Singles: Krishi Motam faced a tough challenge against Snyder Pearson, ultimately losing with scores of 6-0 and 6-1. Despite some solid serves, Krishi struggled to compete with Pearson's aggressive baseline play.
• #2 Singles: Bryan Jordan also faced a tough challenge in his match against Kody Baker. Though Jordan showed moments of brilliance, he was eventually outpaced and outplayed, falling 6-1 and 6-3.
• #3 Singles: Luke Oosthuizen showed off his skill and determination as he defeated Brandon Farmer 6-0 and 6-1.
• #4 Singles: Jacob Womble won 6-0, 6-0 against Jalen Felix.
• #5 Singles: Viggo Lindstrup defeated Melvin Cooper 6-0, 6-0.
