A sac fly in the top of the seventh added the seventh run for the Saints.

In the bottom of the sixth VSU would explode putting six runs on the board. Thomas Moore started the inning by walking then advancing to third after an error by the pitcher. Henderson then singled up the middle to score Moore from third. TJ McGowan then laid down a sac bunt and with his speed Henderson went from first to third. Victor Johnson then doubled to score one, Jackson the singled to score Dawysn Hock, who walked, and Johnson.
