ETTRICK, VA  - The Virginia State University Athletics Department have stepped off of the playing surfaces and out of the office to give back to the city of Petersburg and the surrounding communities. The VSU Athletics Holiday Drive, spearheaded by Associate VP for Intercollegiate Athletics, Peggy Davis, is when student-athletes, coaches and staff  come together to donate toys, bicycles, games etc. to less fortunate families during the holidays. The items will be donated to families on Friday, December 2, 2022 just in time for the holidays. As a change agent, VSU truly enjoys giving back to the community in the annual VSU Athletics Holiday Drive.
