MURFREESBORO, NC- The Virginia State University men's tennis team was overpowered by the Hawks of Chowan University, 9-0, on April 13.

The Trojans hold a 7-5 overall record, 4-4 in the conference.

As the season rapidly comes to an end, VSU is preparing for the 2016 CIAA Championships on April 28-30 in Charlotte, NC.

VSU will be back in action for their final game of the regular season on April 15. The first serve in the matchup against the University of Delaware will be at 4:30pm at the VSU Tennis Complex.
