ETTRICK, Va.- The Virginia State University women's tennis team took a fall to the Chowan University Hawks on March 17.
The 7-2 loss moves the Trojans to a 5-1 overall record.

Monet Graves and sophomore
Tamisha Richardson linked up to give the Trojans an 8-6 win in the doubles set.
Graves started the off the singles for VSU, giving the team their only win in the singles games.
The Trojans look to bounce back on March 19 on Day 1 of the CIAA Roundup in Murfreesboro, NC. VSU will face Fayetteville State at 1pm.
