Hampton, VA - The Virginia State University men's tennis team traveled south to compete against the Pirates of Hampton University on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Despite their efforts, VSU faced a strong Hampton team, resulting in a challenging match

Doubles:

Farmer, Brandon / Jordan, Bryan vs. Yanozie Amadike / Donte Armbrister: 0-6

Felix, Jalen / Motam, Krishi  vs. Aryan Arora / Kevin Jorquera : 1-6

Singles:

Farmer, Brandon vs. Donte Armbrister: 0-6, 0-6

Jordan, Bryan vs. Yanozie Amadike : 1-6, 0-6

Motam, Krishi vs. Kevin Jorquera : 1-6, 2-6

The men's team also competed fiercely, but Hampton demonstrated why they are among the top programs in the Division 1 Big South Conference.

The Trojans will return to the court on Sunday, April 13,2025, at 2 & 4pm against Johnson C. Smith University.
